The foundation was just topped off of the second building along the riverfront. This building will house one or more businesses on the north end of the ground floor and include 33 luxury apartments on three floors. These new homes will be ready for occupancy in late Spring ’09.
Ready for Residential Leasing
We will be opening our leasing center on the second floor of the Pharmacy building in early October. At that time we will start meeting with interested parties, taking deposits, and signing rental leasing agreements.
The new leasing office will have a scale model of the project, floor plans, photographs, and other information to illustrate and explain the project taking shape.
