The new Phoenix Park neighborhood development will be a joint venture led by Minneapolis based Lander Group and Eau Claire builder Geoff Moeding.
Lander Group will handle project design, public and private financing, marketing and general management.
Moeding will construct the project and provide project management, property management, and commercial leasing services.
ESG and JLG Architects of Minneapolis have provided design support for the development team.
AFT Real Estate represents Phoenix Park for commercial leasing sales.
