Phoenix Park Neighborhood Frequently Asked Questions – we are happy to answer any apartment leasing or tenant questions you have about our neighborhood. Before giving us a call, please review the answers to common questions below.

What is your pet policy?

Pet  Policy – Cats only.

  • 2 pet maximum.
  • $200 deposit for one pet, $350 deposit for two pets.
  • $30 rent per month for first pet and $20 a month for additional pets
  • Renters Insurance Required

How much are the utilities?

The cost of utilities vary on consumer usage and apartment location. Unfortunately as of February 1, 2014, Xcel Energy no longer provides average utility statistics for apartment units.

Is there a waiting list?

Our waiting list is our Rental Inquiry form.  As units come available all those who’ve shown interest will be contacted.  Submit a rental inquiry in the form below.

When will you know about availabilities?

We typically know about 90 days out.  E.g. March 1 we’ll find out about our June availabilities.

What do I need to qualify?

  •  Income – Verifiable gross monthly household income:
    • 1 Bedroom Apartment – at least three times the rent
    • 2 Bedroom Apartment – at least three to four times the rent
    • No co-signers.
  • Previous Landlord References – Shall be Outstanding
  • Credit Score – Favorable (665 or higher)
  • Background – Clean
